What drew people to the program

This is why we miss Rush and his daily excursions into broadcast excellence so very much, it is this theme that kept us all coming back day after day, week after week. The timeless wisdom that is so often forgotten by our political, elected and thought leaders, Rush was able to sum it up brilliantly.

One of my favorite things about Rush is how encouraging he was. Encouraging people to better themselves. Encouraging people to be responsible for themselves. And encouraging people to throw off limitations put on them, by themselves and others. How I miss that.
