This quote was in reference to Medicare Part D and the discussion that surrounded it. This was during the Bush administration, yet it the points mentioned hold true today as the ‘Affordable Care Act’ has been implemented. The more authority given to government, the greater the impact on every day life along with more and more diminished liberty.
